
Our philosophy in chocolate-making is to produce in small batches so that the chocolates are consumed within four weeks of being made. Freshness is key to appreciating the individual flavour characteristic to each praline. Freshness combined with the best natural ingredients and flavours is the key.
One of the benefits of using fresh ingredients is the effect called "layering". It is an experience that allows one to enjoy the product by discovering the intricate layer or "play" between ingredients. The resulting experience arising from the complex combination of flavours is something that some of our customers have profoundly felt. For us this is what chocolate experience is all about.
